Rileys COVID-19 Policy

With the ongoing pandemic of the novel coronavirus, Rileys is actively participating in the fight to reduce the ongoing spread of the COVID-19 virus in our communities. Although we are in the midst of this pandemic while celebrating our 70th year, we are still maintaining the “business as usual” status – ensuring our customers can still obtain the same great service they expect from Rileys.

We would like to inform all our customers that our main facilities in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Regina, Saskatoon and Winnipeg are still open.

We do ask that all customers understand new policies we have implemented to ensure we are containing the spread of COVID-19 while doing so.

  • We encourage all customers to submit their jobs via email or our Rileys website, the link can be found in our header. Our staff are available to answer your phone calls during our regular business hours. Communication via email and phone opposed to in-person in greatly appreciated during this time.
  • Rileys will be disinfecting all public areas after every customer interaction, this includes seating areas, tables, counters, doors, hand rails, etc. Should you be required to enter one of our facilities, you are encouraged to use the available hand sanitizer upon entry.
  • All public stationery and shared items have been removed from our customer service areas. We will encourage all customers to use their own pens if needed, and we will not ask for signatures for pick up’s or deliveries; rather we will ask for a name and record it ourselves.
  • Rileys has temporarily halted all deliveries via our own trucks and drivers. Should you require a job to be delivered, we will use our pre-approved couriers or a Rileys Account Executive, both whom are taking precautions to actively fight the spread of COVID-19.
  • Communications have gone out to all staff members regarding the importance of self-hygiene. We have provide steps on how they too can participate in the containment practices and symptoms, and protocols should they feel they may have come into contact with, or have COVID-19.

We are actively working together to maintain updated communications on the status of this pandemic with our employees, customers, and vendors. We will continue to maintain operations in our main facilities for all our customers while ensuring we are taking all precautions to actively combat the novel coronavirus.

While we continue to respond to the outbreak we must, at the same time, remind all employees, customers and vendors remain calm, continue to do your part in containment, and most importantly use this time to enjoy time with family and loved ones within your restrictions.
