Job Qualifications

Responsibilities

This is a field sales role where you will be managing named key accounts and be able to uncover new opportunity within the existing territory in the large Edmonton corporate market. To do this, you'll work with everyone from small companies to large multi-national organizations to:

  • Introduce and sell our services to current and future customers through prospecting, cold calling and account maintenance.
  • Provide sales and account leadership for the assigned territory in Edmonton
  • Own and lead Major account planning for designated accounts
  • Generate revenue growth through effective selling at all levels of the account base
  • Generate sales pipeline mass and velocity
  • Prepare quotes and assist clients through the ordering process
  • Negotiate contracts with prospects and customers as required

Job Description

 

Rileys is currently looking for a friendly, detail oriented person to lead Copy Centre of our Calgary North location. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

 

·         Oversee all incoming and outgoing print requests within the Copy Centre

·         Assist in all areas of production to assist with workflow and ensure jobs are being completed on time

·         Oversee all quality control aspects of production before jobs are given to customers

·         Maintain healthy levels of inventory at all times, order as required and have a complete understanding of product costs and applicable volumes

·         Ensure all equipment is running efficiently at all times, schedule service calls as required and liaise with technicians as needed

·         Oversee mailroom sector of Copy Centre and assist as needed

·         Tend of any customer issues and maintain high levels of communication to your superiors to follow up

·         Assist our customers both in person, via the phone and email

·         Provide exceptional customer service daily

·         Complete estimates, invoices and other data as required

·         Provide solutions for a more successful work flow and problem solve accordingly

·         Maintain high levels of communication with your superiors at all times

 

Job Qualifications

 

The ideal candidate will have a true passion for print and/or customer service. We are looking for someone who wants a career, not a job. We expect the Copy Centre Lead to be the first one in, and last one out, and taking the Copy Centre on with sheer passion and proudness.

 

The ideal candidate must also directly demonstrate the following experience:

 

·         Print Technology or Graphic Design schooling (Certificate or Diploma) is mandatory

·         Previous experience in the Digital Printing Industry

·         Previous experience with direct customer interaction within the service industry (retail/food)

·         Graphics knowledge of the Adobe Acrobat Suite and Microsoft Office

·         Experience leading a team, whether it is work or extra-curricular related

·         Ability to be on your feet all day and lift up to 40lbs

Ability to come in early/stay late as needed

·         Demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times

·         Work in all areas of the Copy Centre including preflight, small format, large format, bindery and finishing

·         Ensure our exceptional level of quality is maintained for all requests

·         Oversee a fleet of printers for customer use

·         Work with various pieces of reprographic machines

·         Answer incoming phone calls and emails from clients with questions

 

Job Qualifications

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. No printing experience is necessary. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following:

·         Experience in a customer service, fast paced setting, food industry or retail experience is mandatory

·         Ability to work easily with computers and pick up program understanding quickly

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

·         Able to multi-task

·         Work well under pressure to meet client deadlines

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Punctuality

·         Ambition and the “go get it” attitude

·         High energy, you will be on your feet for most of the day

·         Attention to detail
